The Republic of Lomar is a supranational non-territorial governmental organization structured and organized as a nation-state, specifically as a constitutional republic. The Republic of Lomar is in fact the world's leading virtual state with more than 50,000 citizens or SCIP applicants.

2. WHERE IS THE REPUBLIC OF LOMAR_

As explained in #1, the Republic of Lomar is not a geographical entity - therefore there is no map of the Republic of Lomar and you cannot immigrate to the Republic of Lomar.

Now you may have seen a map of the "legendary Land of Lomar" which is a lost Arctic Kingdom - this is just a reminder that the name Lomar comes in part from a poem by Science Fiction writer HP Lovecraft entitled "Polaris".

Also, the Republic of Lomar has plans to acquire a sovereign enclave / embassy in order to operate from a self-governing physical location - you may also see maps relating to this project.

3. WHAT IS YOUR GOAL_

Our main goal is to make a contribution to human society and touch individual human lives through:

the leveraging of the Internet revolution
the creation of valid and respected second citizenship and passport
providing exceptional citizenship related services
the raising of public awareness on human rights issues (Tibet, etc)
assistance to unrepresented groups struggling for self-determination
fostering personal development through global knowledge
legal assistance to persecuted individuals when possible
legal assistance to immigration candidates when possible
medical assistance to Foreign States when possible
technological assistance to Foreign States when possible

Our diplomatic goals are:

to achieve diplomatic accreditation
to open a central embassy with 5 years
to become a respected diplomatic partner

One of our core objectives is to be a positive force in the economic and technological growth of the African continent specifically in the domain of Internet development.

4. WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR ME_

The Republic of Lomar first challenges you to "ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country". This principle applies both to your local country as well as your contribution to the development of the Republic of Lomar.

Our nation provides a number of services as listed on the home page.

One of the most symbolic of these is the issuance of our passport.

5. HOW DO I OBTAIN A PASSPORT_

Please note that our Second Citizenship Program is NOT open to citizens of all countries - this in order to protect the security of the Republic of Lomar as a whole. Please do not contact the Republic of Lomar to ask "why is such or such country not on the list of approved countries of primary citizenship for applicants". The reasons are at the discretion and responsibility of the Republic of Lomar government.

6. IS ALL THIS LEGAL_

Yes - we are very careful to do all things legally and transparently. We have and cooperate with all foreign governments and law enforcement agencies, except in cases when the human rights of our citizens are at stake.

7. CAN I USE THIS PASSPORT AND ID_

Yes - mainly as evidence of identity and second citizenship. Travel and border crossing is possible with restrictions. A Republic of Lomar passports does not give visa-free travel to any country.

11. I WANT TO IMMIGRATE TO THE US OR EUROPE - CAN YOU HELP_

The Republic of Lomar is not a geographical entity and you cannot immigrate to it even if you became a citizen. A Republic of Lomar passport will not be accepted for travel to North America or Europe.

The primary idea is that we will help you take a hard look at the legal and practical realities of immigration. We will help you evaluate your chances of building a better life in your home country. If you want to try the immigration option, we will refer you to an accredited legal counsel to help you accomplish your goal in full compliance with the immigration laws of your country of destination. Please bear in mind that:

this is an expensive project (we do not provide free services in this area)
this is a long term project (can take up to 10 years)
we do not offer or endorse illegal programs

Through our accredited partners, you can trust us to give you the best possible assistance in this matter. Sometimes, we may be able to point you to little known yet fully legal and affordable second citizenship programs that offer full residency rights in very desirable locations.
