The Flag of the Republic is horizontally
half "Irish" green (lower half) and sky blue (upper half).
The face on the
historical flag is half in the "sea" and half in the "sky". The
character represented is the legendary poet and traveler Iranon of Lomar (see the text
"Iranon").
In the upper left corner is
the star "Polaris" or North Star that
the wandering people of Lomar used as guide during their migrations.
Some interpreters
believe that the flag conveys the idea of human nature caught between dream (blue) and
reality (green).
