1. If your country recognizes Lomar as a sovereign state and/or recognizes holding a Lomar passport as having dual citizenship, specific dual citizenship laws and travel laws will apply.

2. If your country does not recognize Lomar as a sovereign state and/or does not recognize holding a Lomar passport as having dual citizenship, then Lomar citizenship and passport may be treated has novelty items.

Even then, many countries who do not recognize Lomar as a sovereign nation will accept the Lomar passport and ID as a legitimate form of identification and on a case by case basis will issue travel visas on Lomar passports.

In most countries, including the United States and European Union nations, it is legal to hold and use a Lomar passport and ID. This is obviously true in situations where revealing your first citizenship might be dangerous for your safety.

Frequently Asked Questions

Read carefully the citizenship section. If you agree with all the conditions, fill the online application or print the application and send it by mail. We will need to verify your identity using a copy of your existing identification documents. Lomar identification documents are official documents. When you sign up for citizenship in the Republic of Lomar, a passport and international identification card will be mailed to you within 3 weeks. It is not possible to obtain a passport without citizenship.
