The population of the Republic is supranational and trans-territorial in nature. Lomar citizens are present in more than 85 countries.

Pending processing and approval of the current pending applications current projections, the citizenship base of the Republic of Lomar will stand at 51,000 in March 2001 and 80,000 at the end of 2001. Compared to other UN-member nations or listed territories, the Republic of Lomar ranks 207 out of 235.
