FORMAL PROCEDURE

COST

In order to reach a population level adequate to ensure proper influence and recognition, citizenship is free until 50,000 is reached.

Typically, applicants will receive an invitation to accept citizenship via air mail within 60 days. You may then return the enclosed form to obtain a formal citizenship certificate. 

Chancellery fees for passports, IDs and other consular services are fixed every calendar year by government decree.

REASONS FOR REQUESTING LOMAR DUAL CITIZENSHIP

  • statement about the dangers of territorial claims and conflicts
  • to affirm the possibility of a non territorial citizenship
  • to support human rights and freedom of speech, conscience and religion
  • to support human rights organizations
  • to support the UNPO
  • to acquire a camouflage/emergency passport
  • To acquire a legal second citizenship and International ID
  • To receive help and protection through the Citizen Support Network.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Applicants must be familiar with the constitution, institutions and regulation set forth by the government of the Republic of Lomar.
  2. Applicants must understand that Lomar citizenship does not give the right to violate the laws and regulations of the local territorial jurisdiction - the dual citizenship and passport cannot be used for fraudulent purposes. The Republic of Lomar has and will collaborate with all national and international law enforcement authorities to ensure compliance.
  3. The applicant must fill out the application form and send 4 passport size photographs and a signed photocopy of 2 forms of official identification, for instance existing passport, national or state ID, drivers license etc. Approval is not guaranteed and in case of non-approval all documents are returned.

Note: the document center will not process passport requests if the application files does not contain a legible photocopy of current passport and national identification card (or federal ID or military ID) or national driving licence. Other forms of identification are not acceptable, especially professional cards and "UN" international driving licences.

ENFORCEMENT OF LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS

The Lomar officials will not defend or recognize citizens proven guilty of criminal or illegal acts in their jurisdictions and may terminate their citizenship. This clause does not apply to citizens victim of violent oppression and other persecutions that violate their human rights and other guidelines issued by the government of Lomar. LOSS OF CITIZENSHIP

Citizens can relinquish Lomar citizenship by destroying their Lomar ID or passport and through written statement. Dual citizenship can be lost at any time by decision the Council.

Adopting Lomar citizenship does not indicate desire or intent to give up current citizenship. Most citizens receive their citizenship through an invitation process in compliance with generally strict dual-citizenship regulations.

PASSPORT AND ID INFORMATION

The passports are manufactured according to international standards with the following features:

  • standard 24-page international format
  • front page lamination with photo stamping
  • front page seal embossing on photograph
  • impossibility to add/remove pages
  • textured paper with blue lines and background pattern

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS

  1. Name changes are not allowed / or name at birth is always mentioned
  2. No changes allowed to vital statistics (date/place of birth)
  3. No passports will be issued without valid identification documents - YOU MUST SEND US A CERTIFIED/NOTARIZED COPY OF YOUR CURRENT PASSPORT AND NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE A ROL PASSPORT AND ID.
